Viceroy Brickell (marketed as Viceroy Brickell The Residences) is a 45-story glass tower in Miami’s Brickell Financial Center, developed by Related Group and GTIS Partners, with architecture by Arquitectónica and interiors by Meyer Davis Studio. The project is planned as a collection of 442 tower residences topped by two levels of penthouses, anchored by 56 city flats. Residents will have access to a 14th-level resort amenities deck featuring a heated swimming pool, outdoor spa, cabanas, summer kitchen, bocce court, a full-service café, and outdoor lounging areas, along with lifestyle-focused indoor amenities such as a multi-sport simulator studio, resident club rooms with bar and billiards, a wine cellar and tasting room, private dining, a screening room, and a virtual gourmet market.
